CHILLI TOFU AND SPRING ONION WRAPS

 

Ingredients:

  • 125g tofu
  • 1 Mission low carb wrap
  • 100g cucumber
  • 20g spring onion
  • 30g watercress
  • Salt
  • pepper

Method:

  • Dice the tofu and brush with chilli sauce. Grill until sticky and glazed.
  • Spread a little more chilli sauce on top of the wrap then add the tofu with shredded cucumber, spring onions and some watercress.
  • Roll up and eat.
