BUFFALO CHICKEN WRAP

Ingredients:

  • 150g boneless chicken breast, sliced into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 teaspoon butter, melted (7g)
  • 1 mission low carb tortilla wrap
  • 2 tablespoon Buffalo wing sauce
  • 50g diced fresh tomato
  • 1 tablespoon ranch dressing, divided 

Instructions: 

  1. Add the chicken chunks to a nonstick pan and cook, stirring constantly, until browned, about 10 minutes.
  2. Coat the chicken with buffalo sauce and melted butter and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  3. In a large, ungreased skillet over medium heat, warm the wrap. Flip over once brown spots and air bubbles form. Heat for 20 more seconds.
  4. Fill the tortilla with chicken, a tablespoon of tomatoes, and a tablespoon of ranch dressing.
  5. Wrap the tortillas around the filling and serve warm. Enjoy!
