CARAMEL MACCHIATO OVERNIGHT DESSERT OATS

Ingredients:

  • 45g Oats
  • 1 scoop caramel whey protein powder (35g)
  • 120g banana, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Chia Seeds or Ground Flaxseed
  • 2 tablespoon sugar-free syrup 
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 200ml Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 50ml Brewed Coffee (or Espresso, for a real caffeine kick!)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, stir together the oats, protein powder, chia seeds, sweetener and salt.
  2. Stir in the almond milk, coffee, and vanilla extract.  Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Top with sliced banana in the morning, Enjoy!
