TUNA, CABBAGE & CHILLI NOODLE STIR-FRY

Ingredients:

  • 150g Tuna, cut into cubes
  • 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil (7g)
  • 5g red chilies, seeds removed, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced 
  • 70g cabbage, sliced
  • 50g tomatoes, chopped 
  • 125 low-calorie Slendier Noodles 
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 30g spring onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Ingredients:

  1. Place the Tuna, chili, garlic, oil in a bowl, season with salt, and toss to coat the tuna.
  2. Cook the noodles according to packet instructions and keep aside.
  3. Place a large wok over high heat. When very hot, stir fry for 1-2 minutes until the tuna is cooked.
  4. Add the chopped tomatoes, cabbage, noodles, and lemon juice, then stir-fry for 1-2 minutes or until the noodles are softened and heated through. Remove from the heat, then toss through the spring onions. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
