TUNA & GREEK YOGURT BURGER

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 whole wheat hamburger bun or English Muffin 
  • 150g canned tuna
  • 50g avocado
  • 50g Greek yogurt
  • 50g English cucumber, sliced
  • 30g green olives, chopped
  • 20g fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 a lemon, juiced
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Slice the cucumber, and chop olives and dill. Set aside.
  2. Mash avocado in a large bowl. Then, add all other ingredients to the bowl.
  3. Mix everything together until well-combined, adjusting seasons to taste.
  4. Meanwhile cut the bun in half and toast, arrange the cucumber slices then Scoop tuna salad on top and serve.
