TUNA & GREEK YOGURT BURGER
Ingredients:
- 1 whole wheat hamburger bun or English Muffin
- 150g canned tuna
- 50g avocado
- 50g Greek yogurt
- 50g English cucumber, sliced
- 30g green olives, chopped
- 20g fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 a lemon, juiced
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Slice the cucumber, and chop olives and dill. Set aside.
- Mash avocado in a large bowl. Then, add all other ingredients to the bowl.
- Mix everything together until well-combined, adjusting seasons to taste.
- Meanwhile cut the bun in half and toast, arrange the cucumber slices then Scoop tuna salad on top and serve.
