CURRIED TUNA SALAD WRAP

 

Ingredients:

  • 125g canned Tuna, drained
  • 20g finely diced red onion
  • 15g finely diced celery
  • 20g finely diced pickles
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon mango chutney
  • 1 mission low carb wrap 
  • 30g lettuce leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  1. In a bowl, mix the tuna with the onion, celery, pickles, and curry powder. Season with pepper.
  2. Spread the mango chutney on the wrap. Cover with lettuce, then the tuna salad. Fold the ends toward the centre and roll tightly. Wrap in parchment paper, twisting the ends to seal. Cut in half. Serve immediately or wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
