Ingredients: The ingredient amounts are for one servings.

  • Greek Yoghurt 200g or 7oz, 0% fat
  • Custard Powder 1 tbsp
  • Milk 1 tbsp
  • Biscoff Spread 1 tbsp
  • Olive Oil ½ tsp
  • Rice Krispies 30g or 1oz

Instructions:

Add the Greek yogurt, custard powder, and a dash of milk to a bowl. Mix until thick
and smooth.


Add the Biscoff spread and olive oil to a small bowl. Microwave for about 30 to 40
seconds, then stir until smooth.


Add the Rice Krispies to the melted Biscoff mixture. Stir until fully coated.


Spoon the yogurt mixture into a container. Top with the Biscoff crispy mixture.
Place in the fridge for 30 minutes to set. Enjoy chilled.
