GARLIC FLAVOURED WHITE FISH SPINACH SAUTÉ

 

Ingredients:

  • 150g white fish (cod, Grouper, halibut, Snapper etc.) 
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 250g spinach
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  • Wash and Cut the fish in to small cubes.
  • Place the oil into a sauté pan.
  • Add the fish cubes and the sliced garlic.
  • Toss well till the fish is cooked.
  • Then add the Spinach. when the spinach leaves are all cooked (the leaves look like they’re wilted)
  • Season with salt to taste.
