Ingredients: (Makes 1)

  • 0% Fat Protein Yogurt 300g or 10.6 oz
  • Blueberries 1 cup
  • Dates 4, pitted
  • Semi-skim milk 100ml or 3.4 fl oz
  • Banana 1 medium sized

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a blender, ensuring to remove the stone from the dates.
Blend until smooth.
