BERRY PAPAYA PROTEIN SMOOTHIE BOWL

 

Ingredients:

  • 200g frozen mixed berries
  • 100g frozen papaya
  • 300ml Unsweetened almond milk 
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder (35g) chocolate flavour

Toppings:

  • 20g almonds
  • 50g mango
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, toasted
  • 30g cherries

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except for the toppings in a blender. Puree until completely smooth – the mixture should be very thick. 
  1. Transfer to a bowl and add toppings. Enjoy!
