PRAWNS GUACAMOLE TOSTADAS

Ingredients:

  • 150g prawns, tail-off, deveined
  • 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil (7g)
  • 1 mission low carb wrap 
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 2 tablespoon Guacamole
  • 30g tomatoes, sliced
  • 45g low-fat feta cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Clean the prawns and rinse well.
  2. Season the prawns with salt and pepper, and cumin powder.
  3. Meanwhile, heat oil in a nonstick pan over medium heat.
  4. Cook the prawns for approximately 2-3 minutes, and set them aside.
  5. Heat the wrap on low heat
  6. Top the wrap with guacamole, tomatoes, prawns, and feta cheese.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
