APPLE PIE PROTEIN OVERNIGHT OATS

 

Ingredients:

  • 100g red apple, diced fairly small
  • 1 tablespoon sugar free syrup 
  • 45g rolled oats 
  • 300ml Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder (35g) vanilla flavour
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 30g walnuts, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl, and mix thoroughly. Cover with a lid or cling film, and place in the fridge for at least 8 hours, or overnight. Serve straight from the fridge when you’re ready to eat.
