Spicy Chicken Caesar Wrap

Ingredients: The ingredient amounts are for four servings.

  • Chicken Breast 4 (125g or 4.4oz per breast)
  • Romaine Lettuce 120g or 4.2oz
  • Cherry Tomatoes 8, halved
  • Parmesan Cheese 4 tbsp
  • Panko Breadcrumbs 50g or 1.7oz
  • Hot Sauce 80g or 2.8oz
  • Olive Oil Spray 1 spray per breast
  • Salt pinch
  • Black Pepper 1 twist
  • Tortilla 4, large
  • Caesar Dressing 15g or 0.5oz per portion

Instructions:

Season the chicken slightly with salt and black pepper.


Place the breadcrumbs in a shallow bowl. Toss the chicken in the hot sauce until
evenly coated, then press each breast into the breadcrumbs, turning to coat all
sides.


Spray the chicken with cooking spray and cook in the air fryer at 200°C (390°F) for
10 to 12 minutes, turning halfway.


While the chicken rests, warm the tortillas briefly in a dry pan or microwave until
soft and pliable.


Lay each tortilla flat. Spread 1 tablespoon of Caesar dressing down the centre. Add
a handful of shredded lettuce, 2 halved cherry tomatoes, and a portion of crispy
chicken. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan.


Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll up tightly from the bottom. Slice in half and
serve immediately, with extra hot sauce on the side if you like it spicier.
