MEDITERRANEAN TURKEY SANDWICH
Ingredients:
- 150g White meat boneless (Chicken breast, Turkey breast, Lean pork)
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil (7g)
- 1 slice whole meal bread
- 30g black olives, chopped
- 50g spinach leaves, shredded
- 50g cucumbers sliced
- 30g tomatoes sliced
- 30g onion red onions, sliced
- 50g avocados pitted and sliced
- 45g feta cheese crumbled
- 5g green chillies sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- To make your turkey sandwiches, slice the turkey breast in to thin slices. Then rub salt and pepper on the slices and cook them on a non-stick pan over medium low heat for approximately 7-8 minutes. Don’t overcook or the meat will lose its moisture.
- Start piling up your toppings and season the sandwich with salt and pepper.
- Serve or keep in the fridge for the next day!
