Ingredients: The ingredient amounts are for four servings.

  • Porridge Oats 70g or 2.5oz
  • Chia Seeds 10g or 0.35oz
  • Semi-Skim Milk 400ml or 15.5fl oz
  • Greek Yoghurt 300g or 10.6oz, 0% fat
  • Apple 2, large
  • Frozen Strawberries 200g or 7oz
  • Flaked Almonds 10g or 0.35oz
  • Walnuts 10g or 0.35oz
  • Brazil Nuts 10g or 0.35oz
  • Pumpkin Seeds 25g or 0.9oz
  • Desiccated Coconut 25g or 0.9oz
  • Raisins 25g or 0.9oz
  • Flax Seeds 10g or 0.35oz

Instructions:

Add the rolled oats, almonds, chopped walnuts, Brazil nuts, pumpkin seeds,
desiccated coconut, raisins, flax seeds, and chia seeds to a large bowl. Mix well to
combine.


Divide the muesli mix evenly between 4 bowls, jars, or containers.


Pour 100ml of semi-skimmed milk into each portion. Add 75g of Greek yogurt to
each portion. Add 1/2 a grated apple to each portion and stir well.


Let the muesli soak for at least 15 minutes before eating, or cover and leave in the
fridge overnight for a softer texture.


Top each portion with strawberry compote (200g frozen strawberries heated until
it becomes like a jam) before serving.
