Blueberry Chia Pudding

Ingredients: The ingredient amounts are for one servings.
- Greek Yoghurt 170g or 6oz, 0% fat
- Greek Yoghurt 50g or 1.7oz, 0% fat
- Semi-Skim Milk 50ml or 1.7fl oz
- Blueberries 75g or 2.6oz
- Chia Seeds 3 tbsp
- Flax Seeds 1 tbsp
- Walnuts 1 tbsp, chopped
- Vanilla Extract ½ tsp
- Honey 1 tsp
Instructions:
Add the 170g Greek yogurt, milk, blueberries, vanilla extract, and honey to a blender
and blend until smooth.
Add the chia seeds, flax seeds, walnuts and stir well until everything is evenly
combined.
Cover and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, or overnight, to allow the chia
seeds to absorb the liquid and thicken the mixture.
Once set, top with the remaining 50g Greek yogurt and some extra blueberries
