Ingredients: The ingredient amounts are for four servings.
- Chicken Breast 4, cooked and shredded
- Black Pepper 1 twist
- Mozzarella 30g or 1oz, shredded
- Lettuce Leafs 4, large
- Cottage Cheese 225g or 8oz, 0% fat
- Buffalo Hot Sauce 80g or 2.8oz
- Celery 50g or 1.7oz
- Spring Onion 4
- Garlic Powder 1 tsp
- Paprika 1 tsp
- Salt pinch
Instructions:
Add the shredded chicken, cottage cheese, buffalo sauce, diced celery, chopped
spring onion, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to a bowl. Mix until fully
combined.
Stir through the shredded mozzarella. Transfer to a baking dish and bake at 180°C
for 20 minutes until warm and melted.
Spoon the mixture into lettuce leaves.
