Ingredients: The ingredient amounts are for one servings.

  • Weetabix 2 biscuits
  • Cinnamon pinch
  • Banana ½, chopped
  • Cinnamon ¼ tsp
  • Vanilla Protein 15g or 0.5oz
  • Banana ½ mashed
  • Dark Chocolate 5g or 0.18oz, chopped
  • Semi-Skim Milk 50ml or 1.7fl oz
  • Greek Yoghurt 160g or 5.6oz, 0% fat
  • Dark Chocolate 5g, grated

Instructions:

Crush the Weet-Bix into a bowl or container. Add the cinnamon and protein
powder and mix.


Stir in the mashed banana and chopped chocolate. Pour over the milk and mix
until combined. Press down into an even layer.


Spoon the yoghurt evenly over the base. Sprinkle with cinnamon and chopped
dark chocolate.


Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes or leave overnight. Enjoy straight from the fridge.
