Ingredients: The ingredient amounts are for three servings.

  • Chopped Tomato 1 tin
  • Spring Onion 2
  • Honey 1 tsp
  • Olive Oil ½ tbsp
  • Paprika 1 tbsp
  • Black Pepper 1 twist
  • Salt pinch
  • Gnocchi 400g or 14oz
  • Chicken Breast 2 (125g or 4.4oz per breast)
  • Red Pepper 1, large
  • Chorizo 70g or 2.4oz
  • Cheddar Cheese 70g or 2.4oz, reduced fat
  • Red Onion 1, small
  • Sriracha Sauce 30g or 1oz

Instructions:

Heat the air fryer to 200°C.


Add the gnocchi to the air fryer basket. Spray or drizzle with olive oil and season
with salt and pepper. Add the red onion, pepper, chorizo, chicken, and paprika. Stir
to coat evenly.


Cook for 18 to 20 minutes, shaking the basket every few minutes, until the gnocchi
is crisp and the chicken is cooked through.
