Cinnamon Apple Crumble Protein Pot

Ingredients: The ingredient amounts are for one servings.

  • Oats 40g or 1.4oz
  • Honey 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon pinch
  • Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
  • Cornflour 1 tsp
  • Water 4 tbsp
  • Crumble : 3 tbsp Oats, 1 tsp Olive Oil, 1 tbsp flour, 1 tsp Honey, ½ tsp Cinnamon, 1 pinch Salt, 2 tbsp Semi Skim Milk
  • Whey 1 scoop, Vanilla
  • Semi Skim Milk 80g or 2.8oz
  • Cinnamon 1 tsp
  • Flax Seed 1 tsp
  • Chia Seeds 1 tsp
  • Greek Yoghurt 1.5 tbsp, 0% fat
  • Apple 1, small

Instructions:

Mix the oats, protein powder, milk, cinnamon, flax seeds, and chia seeds. Pour into
a jar or container and press into an even layer.


Add the chopped apple to a pot over medium heat. Cook until the apple softens
and releases liquid. Add the honey, cinnamon, water, and lemon juice. Mix the
cornflour with the lemon juice first to create a slurry, then add to the pot. Simmer
until thick and sticky.


Combine oats, olive oil, flour, honey, cinnamon, salt, and milk. Mix until crumbly. Air
fry or bake at 180°C for 8 to 12 minutes until golden.


Spread the yogurt over the oat base. Spoon the warm apple filling on top. Finish
with the crunchy crumble. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight before
serving.
