  • Frozen Mixed Berries 100g or 3.5 oz
  • Frozen Cherries 100g or 3.5 oz
  • Dates 8 (40g or 1.4 oz)
  • Spinach 1 handful

Instructions:

To a blender add all of the ingredients and blend until smooth
