OATS CAKE

 

Ingredients:

  • 60g oats flour
  • 1 whole egg
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • 1 banana (100g)
  • 35g weigh protein (1 scoop)

Method:

  1. Take all the ingredients together and blend till smooth.
  2. Grease a microwave-safe bowl and microwave it for approximately 3 minutes
