COOKIE DOUGH OATS

 

Ingredients:

  • 65g rolled Oats
  • 130ml almond milk
  • 1 tbs flax meal
  • 1 tbs cooked red lentil
  • 1 tbs almond butter
  • 35g protein powder
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
  • ¼ tsp salt

Method:

  • Mix all the milk and the oats.
  • Then gradually add the other ingredients.
  • Make cookies into desired shape.
