WHITE FISH FRY

 

Ingredients:

  • 150g white fish fillet
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric 
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 3/4 drops lemon juice
  • 2g tamarind juice
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 250g beans
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  • Clean and wash the fish fillet thoroughly. Drain the water.
  • In a mixing bowl, add turmeric powder, red chilly powder, pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, lemon juice, thick tamarind juice. Mix well.
  • Now add the fish slices and coat with the masala prepared.
  • Let it marinate least for 1 hours.
  • Heat butter in a frying pan.
  • Place the fish slices carefully in the hot oil.
  • Let it shallow fry for few minutes. Flip it to the other side and fry.
  • Once it turns crispy and golden, remove from the flame.
  • In the same pan add the blanched beans and season with salt and pepper
  • Transfer to the serving bowl.
