WHITE FISH FRY
Ingredients:
- 150g white fish fillet
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
- 3/4 drops lemon juice
- 2g tamarind juice
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 250g beans
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Clean and wash the fish fillet thoroughly. Drain the water.
- In a mixing bowl, add turmeric powder, red chilly powder, pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, lemon juice, thick tamarind juice. Mix well.
- Now add the fish slices and coat with the masala prepared.
- Let it marinate least for 1 hours.
- Heat butter in a frying pan.
- Place the fish slices carefully in the hot oil.
- Let it shallow fry for few minutes. Flip it to the other side and fry.
- Once it turns crispy and golden, remove from the flame.
- In the same pan add the blanched beans and season with salt and pepper
- Transfer to the serving bowl.
