VEGGIE GARLIC NOODLES
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 40g spring onions
- 100g carrots, cut into matchsticks
- 100g frozen green pea
- 1 tbs soy sauce
- 250g Slendier noodles
- Salt and pepper
Method:
- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and 40g spring onions and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the carrots and peas and sauté for 5 minutes and then add soy sauce.
- Add the noodles and mix for another couple of minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper, then slice remaining spring onion and top to serve.
