VEGGIE GARLIC NOODLES

 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 40g spring onions
  • 100g carrots, cut into matchsticks
  • 100g frozen green pea
  • 1 tbs soy sauce
  • 250g Slendier noodles
  • Salt and pepper

Method:

  • Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and 40g spring onions and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the carrots and peas and sauté for 5 minutes and then add soy sauce.
  • Add the noodles and mix for another couple of minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper, then slice remaining spring onion and top to serve.
