TUNA NIGIRI SUSHI

 

Ingredients:

  • 150g Tuna
  • 50g sushi rice(raw)
  • 100ml water
  • 1 teaspoon sushi rice seasoning 
  • ½ nori sheet

To serve: 

  • Japanese soy sauce
  • Wasabi paste
  • Pickle ginger

Instructions:

  1. Wash the Rice well and cook with 100ml water on medium low heat. Season the rice with rice vinegar according to packet instructions.
  2. Next slice the fresh tuna in to sashimi cuts and set aside.
  3. Once the rice is cooked and seasoned start making the rice in to ball shapes, then on each rice ball place a slice of tuna and tie it with a small piece of sea weed paper.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy.
