TUNA AND ORANGE WRAP

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 125g canned tuna, liquid drained
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil (7g)
  • 88g (1 orange), peeled and diced
  • 50g carrot, peeled and grated
  • 1 small shallot, finely chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon tobacco sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Sandwich

  • 1 mission low-carb wrap
  • 150g baby spinach

Method

  1. In a nonstick pan heat some olive oil over medium low heat and add the shredded spinach and sauté for approximately 5 minutes till the spinach is wilted.
  2. Next, combine all the ingredients in a bowl including the spinach and season with salt and pepper.
  3. On a work surface, place the wrap. Cover with the filling and roll tightly and wrap in a parchment paper. Cut in half and serve.
