TUNA AND ORANGE WRAP
INGREDIENTS
- 125g canned tuna, liquid drained
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil (7g)
- 88g (1 orange), peeled and diced
- 50g carrot, peeled and grated
- 1 small shallot, finely chopped
- ¼ teaspoon tobacco sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Sandwich
- 1 mission low-carb wrap
- 150g baby spinach
Method
- In a nonstick pan heat some olive oil over medium low heat and add the shredded spinach and sauté for approximately 5 minutes till the spinach is wilted.
- Next, combine all the ingredients in a bowl including the spinach and season with salt and pepper.
- On a work surface, place the wrap. Cover with the filling and roll tightly and wrap in a parchment paper. Cut in half and serve.
