Ingredients: (Makes 1)

  • Water 100ml or 3.4fl oz
  • Banana 1, small
  • Spinach 1 handful
  • Kiwi 1 whole
  • Cucumber 30g or 1oz
  • Walnuts 3

Instructions:

Add the cucumber, kiwi, banana, baby spinach, and walnuts to the blender. Pour in
100ml of water. Blend until smooth. Add more water if necessary to achieve your
desired consistency.
