TERIYAKI TURKEY BURGER
Ingredients:
- 1 whole-wheat hamburger bun or English muffin
- 150g Ground turkey breast
- 2 tablespoon teriyaki sauce, divided
- 50g pineapple rings
- 50g Lettuce
Instructions:
- Mix ground turkey breast and 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
- Heat grill to medium
- Place burgers on hot grill
- Grill for about 7-9 minutes, depending on the desired temperature
- Flip and cook an additional 7-9 minutes
- While burgers are cooking on the second side, place pineapple rings on the grill and cook for 2 minutes.
- Flip pineapple and grill an additional 2 minutes
- Layer burger with lettuce, turkey burger, remaining 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce and grilled pineapple.
