SWEET POTATO PROTEIN PANCAKES

 

Ingredients:

  • 250g sweet potato, boiled and mashed
  • 120g egg whites 
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder (35g)
  • 2 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoon almond milk
  • A pinch of cinnamon to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend till smooth, about 30 seconds to a minute.
  2. Cook pancakes on medium heat, flipping after 30 seconds to a minute.
