SWEET GINGER CHICKEN AND CARROT NOODLES

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil (7g)
  • 150g boneless chicken breast
  • 250g low calorie Slendier noodles (Well Rinsed)
  • 150g shredded carrot

Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • ½ teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 teaspoon sugar free syrup

Method:

  • Place pasta in a bowl and cover with boiling water, set aside.
  • Heat a medium-sized frying pan over medium heat. Add the oil and diced chicken. Cook for 35 minutes or until the chicken is browned.
  • Add the carrot and cook for 10minutes till soft and then add the noodles and cover. Cook for 8 minutes or until dry.
  • Meanwhile, combine the sauce ingredients and Whisk until smooth.
  • Remove the frying pan from the heat and add the sauce. Toss gently to combine. Transfer to plates and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
