SWEET GINGER CHICKEN AND CARROT NOODLES
Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon olive oil (7g)
- 150g boneless chicken breast
- 250g low calorie Slendier noodles (Well Rinsed)
- 150g shredded carrot
Sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- ½ teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar free syrup
Method:
- Place pasta in a bowl and cover with boiling water, set aside.
- Heat a medium-sized frying pan over medium heat. Add the oil and diced chicken. Cook for 35 minutes or until the chicken is browned.
- Add the carrot and cook for 10minutes till soft and then add the noodles and cover. Cook for 8 minutes or until dry.
- Meanwhile, combine the sauce ingredients and Whisk until smooth.
- Remove the frying pan from the heat and add the sauce. Toss gently to combine. Transfer to plates and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
