Ingredients: (Makes 1)

  • Semi-Skim Milk 150 ml or 5 fl oz
  • Protein Yoghurt 150g or 5.2 oz
  • Frozen Strawberries 150g or 5.2 oz
  • Pomegranate 100g or 3/4 cups
  • Honey 1 tsp

Instructions:

lace all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
