STRAWBERRY MANGO POPSICLE

 

Ingredients:

  • 150g mango chopped
  • 100ml almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon lime zest
  • 150g strawberries sliced

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, puree mango, milk, lime juice, and lime zest until completely smooth. While blending, slice strawberries into thin slices
  2. Pour mango puree into Popsicle moulds until ¾ of the way full. Drop multiple strawberry slices into the Popsicle moulds, pressing down so there are strawberry pieces throughout the Popsicle. Add remaining puree if necessary, to fill Popsicle moulds to the top.
  3. Cover Popsicle moulds with the base/sticks and place into the freezer for at least 3 hours.
  4. Serve + enjoy! Note: If having trouble getting out of melds, run the popsicle in the mould under warm water for 30 seconds.
