SKILLET TUNA TOFU

Ingredients:
- 150g canned tuna
- 1 teaspoon butter, (7g)
- 150g Tofu, crumbled
- 5g parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Then add the butter. Let the butter brown a little.
- Add the crumbled tofu to the skillet and sauté for 5 minutes till golden brown.
- Once done add the tuna along with the remaining spices and herbs. Saute for another 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and drizzle the lemon juice to taste.
- Serve warm or chilled and enjoy!
