SESAME TAHINI NOODLES

Ingredients:

  • 150g boneless chicken breast
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil (7g)
  • 125g Slendier Noodles
  • 100g zucchini 
  • 100g carrot 
  • 50g bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce 
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 10g spring onions, (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook the noodles according to packet instructions and set them aside.
  2. Cut the zucchini, carrot, and bell pepper into small cubes.
  3. Mix the tahini, soy sauce, garlic powder, chili flakes, and salt and pepper in a bowl, and set aside.
  4. In a large saucepan or skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
  5. Place the diced chicken, carrot, zucchini, and bell pepper in the pan and cook until the zucchini is soft and the chicken is done for approximately 8-12 minutes.
  6. Set the vegetables aside and add the noodles to the pan.
  7. Add the sauce over the noodles and sauté until it is evenly mixed in.
  8. Add in the vegetables and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
  9. When the noodles is cooked well add the sliced spring onions at last and give it a good stir.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
