SESAME TAHINI NOODLES

Ingredients:
- 150g boneless chicken breast
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil (7g)
- 125g Slendier Noodles
- 100g zucchini
- 100g carrot
- 50g bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
- 10g spring onions, (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cook the noodles according to packet instructions and set them aside.
- Cut the zucchini, carrot, and bell pepper into small cubes.
- Mix the tahini, soy sauce, garlic powder, chili flakes, and salt and pepper in a bowl, and set aside.
- In a large saucepan or skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat.
- Place the diced chicken, carrot, zucchini, and bell pepper in the pan and cook until the zucchini is soft and the chicken is done for approximately 8-12 minutes.
- Set the vegetables aside and add the noodles to the pan.
- Add the sauce over the noodles and sauté until it is evenly mixed in.
- Add in the vegetables and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
- When the noodles is cooked well add the sliced spring onions at last and give it a good stir.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
