PUMPKIN PIE SMOOTHIE

 

Ingredients:

  • 120g frozen banana
  • 50g non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 100g pumpkin puree
  • 200ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Topping:

  • A pinch each of nutmeg, ginger & allspice

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.  Add a pinch of all nutmeg, ginger and all spice.
