PUMPKIN PIE SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:
- 120g frozen banana
- 50g non-fat Greek yogurt
- 100g pumpkin puree
- 200ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Topping:
- A pinch each of nutmeg, ginger & allspice
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add a pinch of all nutmeg, ginger and all spice.
