PROTEIN GELATIN CUPS

 

Ingredients:

  • 120ml water
  • 2 tablespoon sugar-free flavoured gelatine
  • 2 drops of colouring of choice
  • 2 tablespoon sugar free syrup
  • 150g plain Greek yoghurt
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder (35g)
  • 200g chopped fresh strawberries or whole blueberries
  • 2 disposable cups

Instructions:

  1. Combine water and gelatine powder in microwave-safe measuring cup or bowl, string until combined. Microwave on high power for 2 minutes or until gelatine is dissolved.
  2. Add yogurt, sugar syrup, colouring and whey protein powder and whisk until smooth.
  3. place cups in shallow pan or plastic container. Fill each cup with ¼ cup of gelatine mixture. Add fruit to each. Cover with plastic wrap or lid and refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.
