PROTEIN GELATIN CUPS
Ingredients:
- 120ml water
- 2 tablespoon sugar-free flavoured gelatine
- 2 drops of colouring of choice
- 2 tablespoon sugar free syrup
- 150g plain Greek yoghurt
- 1 scoop whey protein powder (35g)
- 200g chopped fresh strawberries or whole blueberries
- 2 disposable cups
Instructions:
- Combine water and gelatine powder in microwave-safe measuring cup or bowl, string until combined. Microwave on high power for 2 minutes or until gelatine is dissolved.
- Add yogurt, sugar syrup, colouring and whey protein powder and whisk until smooth.
- place cups in shallow pan or plastic container. Fill each cup with ¼ cup of gelatine mixture. Add fruit to each. Cover with plastic wrap or lid and refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.
