PROTEIN BANANA SORBET

 

Ingredients:

  • 150g Banana, Frozen
  • 2 tablespoon sugar free syrup
  • 50ml Water
  • 75g non-fat Greek yoghurt
  • 1 scoop Vanilla or Strawberry protein powder (35g)

Instructions:

  1. Combine all of your ingredients into a food processor aside from your Protein Powder
  2. Process everything together for 1-2 minutes
  3. Add in your Protein Powder and mix it in with a spoon
  4. Process everything together for another 20 seconds.
  5. Pour your mixture into a bowl, cover it, and put it into the freezer until frozen.
  6. Add the mixture back to a blender and blend it lightly.
  7. Serve when needed.
