PRAWNS GUACAMOLE TOSTADAS

Ingredients:
- 150g prawns, tail-off, deveined
- 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil (7g)
- 1 mission low carb wrap
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 2 tablespoon Guacamole
- 30g tomatoes, sliced
- 45g low-fat feta cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Clean the prawns and rinse well.
- Season the prawns with salt and pepper, and cumin powder.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in a nonstick pan over medium heat.
- Cook the prawns for approximately 2-3 minutes, and set them aside.
- Heat the wrap on low heat
- Top the wrap with guacamole, tomatoes, prawns, and feta cheese.
- Serve and enjoy!
