PRAWN NIGIRI SUSHI
Ingredients:
- 150g prawns
- 50g sushi rice(raw)
- 100ml water
- 1 teaspoon sushi rice seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Japanese mayo
- ½ nori sheet
To serve:
- Japanese soy sauce
- Wasabi paste
- Pickle ginger
Instructions:
- Wash the Rice well and cook with 100ml water on medium low heat. Season the rice with rice vinegar according to packet instructions.
- Next clean the prawns, get rid of the shell and boil the prawns for approximately 2-3 minutes.
- Once the rice is cooked and seasoned start making the rice in to ball shapes, then on each rice ball place a piece of prawn and tie it with a small piece of sea weed paper. Top with Japanese mayo.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
