PINEAPPLE PROTEIN SMOOTHIE BOWL

 

Ingredients:

  • 200g frozen pineapple 
  • 100g banana
  • 300ml Unsweetened Almond milk
  • 1 Scoop Whey protein powder (35g) Vanilla flavour
  • 30g rolled oats, toasted
  • 30g cherries 

Directions:

  1. Combine 150g pineapple, 60g banana and 300ml almond milk in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
  1. Pour into a large bowl. Arrange the balance pineapple, banana slices and toasted oats on top and cherries. Serve immediately or refrigerate and serve chilled.
