OVERNIGHT PROTEIN STEEL CUT OATS
Ingredients:
- 300ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon sugar free syrup
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 45g steel cut oats
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
- 1 scoop whey Protein powder (35g) vanilla flavour
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 10g raisins
- 30g pitted dates
- 50g dragon fruit
Instructions:
- Add all of the ingredients to a large bowl, and mix thoroughly. Cover with a lid or cling film, and place in the fridge for at least 8 hours, or overnight. Serve straight from the fridge when you’re ready to eat.
