ORANGE CARROT SMOOTHIE

 

Ingredients:

  • 240ml almond milk
  • 150g orange
  • 100g grated carrot
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (35g) 
  • 50g crushed ice

Instructions:

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until creamy.
