KEY LIME COCONUT MILK POPSICLES

Ingredients:
- 150ml can coconut milk
- 1 scoop protein powder (35g)
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- ½ teaspoon orange zest
- 1 tablespoon sugar free syrup
- 1 tablespoon gelatine
Instructions:
- Whisk first 5 ingredients in a bowl or large measuring cup adjust sweetness and flavours to taste.
- Dissolve gelatine in 2 tablespoon boiling water.
- Whisk gelatine into coconut milk mixture until well combined.
- Pour into moulds.
- Freeze for 4-6 hours.
