KEY LIME COCONUT MILK POPSICLES

 

Ingredients:

  • 150ml can coconut milk 
  • 1 scoop protein powder (35g)
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice 
  • ½ teaspoon orange zest
  • 1 tablespoon sugar free syrup
  • 1 tablespoon gelatine 

Instructions:

  1. Whisk first 5 ingredients in a bowl or large measuring cup adjust sweetness and flavours to taste.
  2. Dissolve gelatine in 2 tablespoon boiling water.
  3. Whisk gelatine into coconut milk mixture until well combined.
  4. Pour into moulds.
  5. Freeze for 4-6 hours.
