Ingredients: The ingredient amounts are for one servings.
- Sourdough Bread 2 slices
- Cottage Cheese 100g or 3.5oz, 0% fat
- Frozen Raspberries 50g or 1.7oz
- Chia Seeds 5g or 0.18oz
- Honey 1 tsp
Instructions:
Add the frozen raspberries, honey and chia seeds to a small pan over medium
heat. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring gently, until the raspberries break down
and the mixture thickens. Remove from the heat and allow it to thicken slightly as it
cools.
Toast the sourdough slices until golden.
Spread the cottage cheese evenly over the toast. Spoon the warm raspberry chia
jam on top. Finish with an optional drizzle of honey.
Enjoy immediately while warm and fresh.
