GRILLED STEAK NOODLE
Ingredients:
- 125g low calorie Slendier Noodles, well rinsed
- 150g Red Meat (Lean beef, Lamb Leg, Veal, Kangaroo, Goat, Camel)
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil(7g)
- 1/2teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce
- 150g shredded carrot
- 100g thinly sliced cucumber
- 50g bean sprouts
- 1/2 tablespoon finely chopped mint
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In medium bowl, whisk together the sauce ingredients. Reserve 1/2 mixture in another large bowl. Add steak to remaining 1/2 mixture and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Heat a grill pan to medium high heat. Grill the steak for 5 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Let rest for 5 minutes, then cut into thin slices against the grain.
- Meanwhile, cook noodle according to package instructions. Drain well.
- Add noodles, carrots, cucumber, and bean sprouts to remaining dressing. Toss well until everything is evenly coated.
- Portion into bowl and top with grilled steak and chopped mint. Dust some salt and pepper to taste.
