GARLIC FLAVOURED WHITE FISH SPINACH SAUTÉ
Ingredients:
- 150g white fish (cod, Grouper, halibut, Snapper etc.)
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 250g spinach
- 5 cloves garlic
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Wash and Cut the fish in to small cubes.
- Place the oil into a sauté pan.
- Add the fish cubes and the sliced garlic.
- Toss well till the fish is cooked.
- Then add the Spinach. when the spinach leaves are all cooked (the leaves look like they’re wilted)
- Season with salt to taste.
