GARDEN TUNA SANDWICH
Ingredients:
- 150g canned tuna, drained
- 30g fresh fennel chopped
- 50g Green apple
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil (7g)
- 1 tablespoon Parsley
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 slice white bread
- 40g tomato, sliced
- 10g lettuce leaves
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Combine the tuna, fennel, apple, parsley, lemon juice, fennel seeds, coriander, zest, and salt and toss well. Line the bread slice with a lettuce leaf and tomato slices. Spoon tuna salad onto the sandwich. Serve immediately.
