EGG WHITE VANILLA CAKE
Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil (7g)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 tablespoon whipping cream
- 150g egg whites
- 2 tablespoon sugar free syrup
- 45g oats flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350. Line a loaf pan or an oven proof bowl with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
- In a bowl with an electric mixer mix the coconut oil and vanilla. Add the sweetener. Add the egg whites one at a time mixing after each.
- Stir in the flour, baking powder, and salt until thoroughly combined. Spread in the prepared pan.
- Bake at 350 for 35-40 min. The centre should be set and not jiggly. Cool completely.
- Transfer cake to a serving platter and drizzle with the whipping cream.
