EGG WHITE VANILLA CAKE

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (7g)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon whipping cream
  • 150g egg whites
  • 2 tablespoon sugar free syrup
  • 45g oats flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Line a loaf pan or an oven proof bowl with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
  2. In a bowl with an electric mixer mix the coconut oil and vanilla. Add the sweetener. Add the egg whites one at a time mixing after each.
  3. Stir in the flour, baking powder, and salt until thoroughly combined. Spread in the prepared pan.
  4. Bake at 350 for 35-40 min. The centre should be set and not jiggly. Cool completely.
  5. Transfer cake to a serving platter and drizzle with the whipping cream.
